CLINIC QUESTIONS
What can I expect at the first session?

The work that you are seeking will determine what happens in the first session. There will be paperwork for you to fill out for the type of coaching, bodywork, or healing work. We will connect and do an assessment of your condition or area that you want to work with. Together, we will come up with a treatment plan or goals, and we can decide if we are doing a one-time shot, a short term or long term plan.  Modifications or additions can happen anytime.

I am working with an issue or condition, how long/many treatments will it take before I get "better"?
We believe that there is nothing "wrong" with your body and mind to begin with. Our bodies express themselves in the way that is necessary for survival. Only when the reason for the condition is rectified, will it no longer be necessary.  That is dependent upon your condition; the complexity of, and issues surrounding, your condition; your body; the work that you do outside of your sessions; science; and your higher power. We expect that you should always see benefits in each session. All of our services and our work together are focused on getting results. The lifestyle you lead and the thoughts that you have will increase or decrease the effectiveness of the treatments.

Does insurance cover your services?

Massage therapy or bodywork (categorized under massage therapy, craniosacral therapy, myofascial release therapy) can be covered by those plans that cover these services (usually with a doctor's referral or prescription.) Some services are commonly covered under Health Savings Accounts or PayFlex. In all cases, check with your coverage. We do not file insurance, but are happy to provide receipts for all services.

What can I do at home to help my conditions?
Resources will be suggested for each client.  Our goal is empowerment and as much healing as possible.
