Holistic Stress
Management: The reason that we don’t heal or succeed at our
full potential is because most of us are in a constant
“sympathetic”, or stressed, state. Learn how to live your life in a
more “parasympathetic” or relaxed, state for better health,
wellness, and success. We will examine common things that
contribute to stress, how to be in better control of how we react to
these stressors, and how we can eliminate, reduce, and manage it in
our professional and personal lives so we can live our best life.
Care for the Computer and Desk Worker: Learn how to take
care of your body and mind while behind your desk. We will examine
how to set up your desk for maximum comfort, muscles that are
affected and stretching to help, postural habits to develop and
avoid, what habits can help you increase your wellness, how to
change your thoughts to make your days go smoother, and several
holistic strategies that can aid in decreasing and eliminating
common ailments that occur from working at a desk.
Desk Yoga: You don’t have to leave your desk to experience
the balancing and healing effects of yoga. Learn about the benefits
of yoga, how it helps certain ailments brought on by working at a
desk, how the relaxation, meditation, and postures can be done
easily in a chair, and experience an entire body routine of yoga
poses.
Take a Breath!: The way that we breathe is connected to our
energy, moods, hormones, metabolism and the ability to burn fat, yet
most of the American population breathes incorrectly! We will
examine how to breathe properly, how to deepen the breath for better
health, and learn several breathing exercises to “center”, energize,
relax, and to make yourself more balanced.
Energy Boosters: Need a pick-me-up in the middle of the
day? Learn many basic and holistic methods to instantly increase
your energy and refocus your mind all of which can easily be done at
work.
Energetic Postural Re-alignment (EPR): We will examine how
our posture effects the way that energy is pulled into, and
distributed through, the body as well as how it affects the muscles
and the structure of the body. Using the technique of EPR, you will
learn how to lessen or alleviate the pain where it shows up in your
body and allow yourself to come into more balance.
The Six Essentials of Health:
We will look at the basic habits in our lives, how they affect our
bodies and stress level. Easy strategies will be given to make realistic
improvements for our health and wellness.
RELAX!!: We hear people say we need to relax, but where do we
begin? We will explore several realistic relaxation techniques and learn
how to implement them into our busy lives.
Remove the Clutter, Clear your
Mind: Our environment is a reflection of our state of mind. Learn how
to free yourself of clutter, how to organize your home, your business
environment and your life, as well as how to save time and energy so you can
focus on what is really important.
Meditation for Relaxation, Health, and Success: Meditation is not just
for hippies anymore! Learn the age old secret of the successful. We will
de-mystify this practice, learn the effects that it has on our bodies and
minds, how it can help you stay focused, achieve your goals, and “allow”
things to be easier in your personal and professional lives. Many types of
meditation are covered that suit anyone and help achieve your goals.
Create the Life that You Want: Manifest what it is that you truly
want for yourself. Learn thought patterns that can get in the way of our
goals and success, as well as ways that you can learn to overcome fear, set
priorities, connect to your purpose, overcome obstacles, remove emotional
blocks to attract what you really want and need in your life.

Our lives are too complicated, learn how to simplify! Learn strategies
of how to prioritize, to stay align with things that are important in your
life, to set realistic goals and expectations, say no to those things that
